"Buddhas and Birds" April 11- 30, 2008 Artist Reception April 11, Friday, 6 - 10pm Perry Hoffman: Artist, Photographer, Mosaicist, Potter, Designer Living in two beauteous California landscapes: Wonder Valley and Santa Barbara. One with a south facing mountain range, the other with a south facing coast line. Creating a mosaic tile house, among a few other smaller aspirations and projects. Photographing and documenting wildlife and a few people there in these inspiring environments. Mosaics, ceramics, batik, multi-media and MailArt keep me insanely occupied as do my mosaic workshops and projects. Currently, working on a project involving birds and the relationship of Buddha and the fleeting moment… Join us for an insanely energized artist reception on April 11, Friday, from 6-10:00pm at the 29 Palms Creative Center & Gallery, located at 6847 Adobe Road.
